Your SimHunt package includes: Hit-Detect Camera, Camera Mount, Thumb Drive, Security Dongle, Laser Devices (Firearms).
Confirm that these items arrived in the rifle/gun case upon delivery.
Full Setup Instructions are located on the Thumb Drive – please read through before installing any software or plugging in any cameras.
Below is a picture of how your shooting simulator will be packaged and shipped. Please make sure you take the time to familiarize yourself with the contents of your package. Please note some systems vary based on the items order.

- Insert white thumb drive into your computer. This contains installation software, activation codes and manuals.
- Print or save Activation Code PDF on your desktop – you will use this with step nine.
- Run Setup SimWay Hunt to install the software.
- Go to folder “C=> Program=>SimWay=>SimWay Hunt” and install the camera drivers by running CL-Eye-Drivers
- In the same folder you can also run “settings” and choose your resolution
- If using dual screens (i.e. projection screen and monitor), make sure your display settings are set to “Duplicate these displays”
- Plug camera into your computer
- Start Hunt.exe (run the program)
- Activate camera by entering the product-key from Activation Code PDF. A placeholder activation code will auto-populate into the dialog box – this is not your activation code. You will have to manually enter the correct code from the PDF into this space. It is enough to enter one product key even if you have a double camera. Press “activate”.
- Go to Setup-screen calibration. Choose settings. Place the camera in a solid position 3-5 meters from the screen and fire at the screen with both weapons. Two different colors of dot should appear. Make sure the light value is below Thresh value on both cameras. If the light value in top left corner is above 50. You need to reduce light sources.
- Go to calibration and follow the instructions on the screen.
- Exit calibration and go to main menu. Start a game. Next time you start hunt.exe you will see the main menu directly. No need to calibrate again unless you have moved the camera, changed the resolutions or moved the projector.
